Description
From Greece to Istanbul, ancient Constantinople.
Metzovo and Naoussa, with the tomb of Philip the Macedonian, begin their trip to Greece, before crossing the Turkish border to Istanbul, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, rich in history and traditions.
The Black Sea coast, Akçakoca, and Safranbolu, UNESCO-listed Ottoman-style cities, introduce Cappadocia, where a flight in a roller coaster offers a unique experience among enchanted valleys.
From Cappadocia to the turquoise coast, until the return of the Meteors.
The rock-cut monastery of Selime, Konya, the city of carpets, and Antalya, an ancient Roman port on the turquoise sea, open the discovery of the coast. Fethiye, ancient Letoon and Pamukkale, the “cotton castle”, complete the route westwards.
Smyrna, Çanakkale and ancient Troy mark the return to Greece, between Kavala and the mystical Meteor of Kalambaka, before boarding to Igoumenitsa for the return to Ancona.
