Itinerary

Day 1 - Genoa / Barcelona

Transfer from Genoa to Barcelona. Boarding scheduled at 12.00.

Day 2 - Barcelona / Zaragoza, 314 km

A city with a rich architectural heritage, a legacy of over 2000 years of history. City tour and overnight stay.

Day 3 - Zaragoza / Salamanca, 480 km

Universal, magnificent, learned, young and golden: Salamanca is one of the destinations in the Spanish hinterland that is worth knowing for many reasons. Its historic center has been inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Day 4 - Salamanca / Porto, 350 km

The road to Porto really offers many sites that deserve to be explored, such as Bragança a historic city whose castle preserves a nucleus of medieval houses within the walls and Vila Real with its aristocratic architecture that flaunts noble coats of arms at every corner, a avenue that crosses the city flanked by paved sidewalks along a cliff at the bottom of which the Corgo river flows.

Day 5 - Porto

Porto with its red tiles that cover the roofs of the houses and the typical Azulejos (ceramic tiles decorated with blue and white designs) that cover numerous splendid facades, exploring it by climbing along its slopes will seem like immersing yourself in a beautiful play of colors. let’s not forget its ancient and inviting cellars where you can taste the various qualities of Port wine.

Day 6 - Porto / Aveiro / Coimbra, 198 km

Aveiro known as the “Venice of Portugal” due to its numerous canals and Coimbra the university city in its medieval setting will make you fall in love with the charm of ancient times still intact.

Day 7 - Coimbra / Lisbon, 276 Km

Sixteenth-century convents, ancient monasteries, medieval towns… This and much more along the way that will take us to Lisbon.

Day 8 - Lisbon

Full day dedicated to visiting the city with its characteristic neighborhoods and old streets with a nostalgic vintage touch.

Day 9 - Lisbon / Sintra / Cabo da Roca / Lagos, 388 Km

Sintra, considered as the most romantic place in Portugal, is a city nestled under the ruins of a Moorish castle from the seventh century, its historic center has been declared a Unesco World Heritage Site. Then we will immerse ourselves in the fascinating Algarve region with a final stop in Lagos, one of the most beautiful cities in the region with an architecture and culture contaminated by Romans, Byzantine Visigoths and Arabs.

Day 10 - Lagos / Silves / Evora, 400 Km

From Lagos we will have the opportunity to better visit this beautiful province in the south of Portugal with an unmissable stop in Silves. Silves was the capital of the region during the Moorish rule, today it is a wonderful town of winding streets around a historic center where the beautiful Cathedral and the red brick castle stand out, from which to enjoy a 360 degree view of the valley .

Day 11 - Evora

Declared Unesco heritage, it is certainly one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal. There is a lot to see in Evora, and the compact city ranks second in Portugal in terms of the number of national monuments, second only to Lisbon.

Day 12 - Evora / Madrid, 500 km

Leaving Portugal we will move to the capital of Spain, Madrid.

Day 13 - Madrid / Tarragona, 545 km

Arrival in the afternoon in the ancient Roman city of Tarragona, visit and overnight.

Day 14 - Tarragona / Barcelona, 100 km

Transfer to reach the port of Barcelona and boarding for Italy.

Day 15 - Boarding in Barcelona and return to Italy
